Graddy & Company has been providing professional Real Estate and Property Management services and solutions to the Shafter, Wasco, and Bakersfield areas since 1990. Our staff has extensive experience in real estate and property management, supported by our understanding of our communities and clients we serve.


Keeping our properties in good shape is one of our top priorities. Tenants have access to an online portal where they can report maintenance issues immediately and securely. Our crew has a reputation for being quick to respond in a friendly manner to any issues a tenant may be experiencing.


The staff at Graddy & Company are friendly and caring when it comes to supporting positive tenant relationships. With a focus on providing our owners with management tips and solutions, we promote positive performance of their properties. We offere management services for single-family homes, duplexes, apartments and townhomes.

  • What are your business hours?

    Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM. We are closed from 12 PM-1 PM for lunch Monday-Friday.

  • How do I pay my rent?

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please<a value="home#TENANTS" label="TENANTS" type="anchor" href="/#TENANTS" data-runtime-url="/#TENANTS"> create an account here!

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal. 

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
